How to use this scorecard
- Enter vendor names in the three columns at the top of the table.
- Score each criterion from 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent) based on your demo, trial, and research.
- Scores are automatically weighted: criteria marked with a higher weight count for more in the final total.
- Use the Notes column to capture specific observations from demos or reference calls.
- The Grand Total row at the bottom shows your weighted score out of 100 for each vendor.
- Print or save as PDF for your records or to share with stakeholders.
